Value Pass Terms & Conditions 2020
Please read all booking, payment and cancellation conditions below. By purchasing a Value Pass you are agreeing to the terms and conditions of the 2020 Value Pass. By using your Pass you are acknowledging that you agree with and will abide by the Terms & Conditions relating to the use of Selwyn's facilities. It is your responsibility to read and understand our Terms & Conditions.
The Value Pass is non-transferable to any other person, and is valid for the 2020 season at Selwyn Snow Resort. The Value Pass DOES NOT include access to Selwyn’s tobogganing or tubing facilities.
You will receive email confirmation of your purchase by 15th October 2019. If you have not received your confirmation by this time please contact Reservations on 02 6450 4000. Your email confirmation will request a photo for your Value Pass. If a photo is provided your Pass will be printed and ready for collection from 10th June 2018.
Selwyn Snow Resort Pty Ltd (SSR) reserves the right to change the terms & conditions applying to the Value Pass at any time. The current version of the terms & conditions will always be displayed at selwynsnow.com.au.
Your Value Pass will be paid for in 12 monthly instalments ($30 per month for Adults, $20 for Children) between September 2019 and August 2020, deducted from your nominated credit card.
If your credit card declines a monthly payment, SSR will attempt to deduct the payment again within 3 working days. Should you default on your monthly payments, SSR reserve the right to charge the full remaining balance to your credit card in a single deduction.
Total minimum payable over the 12-month period for an Adult Value Pass is $360, Child Value Pass is $240.
The Value Pass cannot be cancelled at any time or for any reason.
SSR will not be held responsible for costs, loss of payments made or other fees incurred due to cancellations resulting from unforeseen circumstances, medical conditions or changes to travel plans. No Value Passes will be transferred to the following year.
MISUSE OF THE VALUE PASS
You are responsible for immediately reporting to Selwyn Guest Services if your Value Pass is lost, stolen or damaged. In the event someone other than you uses your Value Pass you agree to immediately pay Selwyn Pass Snow Resort a penalty of $599 (whether you are aware of the misuse or not).
You acknowledge and accept that you are liable for any misuse that occurs while your Value Pass is not in your possession unless you have already reported your Pass lost/stolen prior to the misuse occurring.
Refunds will not be given on “no shows”, or any components of your Value Pass that are not utilised. Refunds will not be given due to lack of snow or poor weather conditions, Power outages or other such events beyond SSR’s control. Any Value Pass lost or misplaced will not be refunded or replaced.
SSR strongly recommends Travel Insurance to protect you against loss of personal belongings, public liability, adverse weather conditions and cancellation fees.
Under no circumstances can SSR be held responsible for snow or weather conditions. No Value Pass will be recompensed due to snow conditions.
SSR is committed to respecting your privacy and recognises the need for appropriate protection and management of information you share with us. Sensitive personal information will not be shared with any third parties except where sharing of the information is essential in delivering to you a product or service.
Information collected will be used for the purpose of accurately fulfilling your booking including any required contact where there is an issue with the booking requested/ placed.
